Our birthday is 08/15 so when the clock strikes midnight during grand-finals grapsf.com will be 1 year old.

Thanks everyone for making this scene, and for a great year.

(Site launched July 26th 2009, but our first face-to-face meeting was August 15th 2009 so really that's our birthday, plus July 26th is a Monday yo)

Details

• Officially open @ 2pm, 1 if you're bringing stuff to set up.
• Signup and tournament starts @ 9:30pm
• Stay till anytime Sunday
• Feel free to sleep here but I won't have enough pillows and blankets for everyone so bring your own. I have 2 foutons and the floor. Only your girlfriends can share my bed.
• Alcohol is great but BYOB, I'll have a few 2 liters of soda too.
• I'll be grilling hot-dogs, feel free to bring anything else to throw on the grill for yourself or for everyone.
• Feel free to pitch in and bring eats or drinks to share. I know at least cakefarts and kheel are damn good cooks.
• I have a widescreen xbox setup and a plain TV for my older systems. More setups will need to be brought by you guys.
• I have about 12 to 16 places to sit (2 foutons, 4 chairs, and a window bench), plus the floor and a bunch of lawn furniture. You can bring folding chairs if you don't wanna take your chances.

• dancing chun-li hotty (i was really going to do that) - cancelled unless everyone wants to pitch in (i'm flat broke)
• There will probably be cake
• $ helps but is not expected or required

Please say what you are bringing so everybody knows when we have enough setups etc and we know the food situation.

I have like 1 Super setup (widescreen) and 1 3rd Strike setup (squrrr).

Post if you want to bring a setup, pitch in for food or beer, record video, or help in any other way.

Assuming I can get that Sunday off, I'll try to bring my 360 and a TV. But no promises yet.

I will most certainly be there, folks.

I'll be bringing two (2) 360's, one copy of SSFIV, a copy of Anniversary Collection, one monitor, and my own sassy ass. An extra television is a possibility too, though only if it's REALLY needed.
